Do you guys know about Podrunner? Really cool music to run to : ) A few months ago I had a great drum n bass mix by Aphrodite that really stepped up the tempo - I really got into the tunes and ended up increasing the speed on the treadmill in time to the beats! Great way to improve on your running times : ) I then stumbled across Podrunner - a cool dj who mixes great tunes for training on iTunes podcasts - just downloaded a 180 bmp mix and it rocks!!!! Have mentioned it on my other blog racerchick.wordpress.com awhile ago but its so good I thought I would post about it here too!!!!
Not good to have on while trading though. I don't normally have any music on whilst I'm waiting for good chart and trading strategy set ups - you need to have 100% concentration.
